Volunteer Driver Service (VDS), Community Interest Company, has seen unprecedented growth since our restart in June 2025. We are looking for Volunteer Telephone Journey Brokers to help organise our volunteer car service. VDS provides transport to essential appointments when there is no reasonable alternative transport available. Telephone journey brokering is the very last chance to match clients to our wonderful Volunteer Drivers. Volunteer Telephone Journey Brokers are an absolutely integral role towards to the continued success of VDS. Telephone Journey Brokers volunteer from the comfort of their home for a couple of hours on days to suit you. Full training will be given.
